Meet Our Team

Glenn Sullivan
President and Owner
Certified Lake Manager
Glenn got his start in the Aquatics Industry in 1993 with Allied Biological, which he later purchased and ran until 2015, expanding the business from NJ and PA to become the leading Lake Management provider in NY, and leading several first-time projects in NY state. During that time, Glenn spent 20 years on the Board of the Northeast Aquatic Plant Management Society and continues to lead the New York State Aquatic Managers Association.
In 2015, Glenn sold Allied Biological to the team that eventually became Solitude Lake Management and stayed on as the NY Project Manager and Regulatory Affairs Specialist. After 8 years with Solitude, Glenn decided to start anew to better focus on individual attention and better customer service with a focus on upstate NY lakes, and started Ready Scout. In its second year, Ready Scout expanded to conduct projects in NJ and is now licensed and contracted for new projects in Vermont and Ontario for 2026.
Glenn is a Graduate of Rutgers University with a BS in Environmental Studies. He splits his time between a home in northern NJ and a camp in the Adirondack Park, and enjoys paddling, skiing, boating and fishing.
